Users can unpin any app from Office 365 app launcher, including those pinned by admins.Users can no longer explicitly pin an app to the Office 365 app launcher.Initially, users may find that their list of launched apps on is temporarily out-of-sync with the list in the Office 365 app launcher due a sync lag.These apps will also appear on by default. In addition, admins can now pin up to three apps to the top of the Office 365 app launcher. By default, both will display all launched apps. With this change, users will see the same set of applications on that they see in the Office 365 app launcher. The apps shown in the Office 365 app launcher and on the home page may currently not be the same. The most recently accessed applications will appear on the home page. How does this affect me?Ĭurrently, your users can manage pinned applications by accessing the Office 365 app launcher. This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 59667.
